- Excellent level in Maya, 3DS MAX, Marmoset, Zbrush, etc…
- Leadership abilities: able to coach, able to train juniors responsible, organized, flexible, adaptable to change.
- Able to work autonomously.
- Able to come up with clear guidelines, training documents, feedback
- At least 7 years of experience in the gaming industry
- An in-depth and impressive portfolio, showcasing a broad range of skills
- Ability to resolve any artistic or technical issues

- Good level 2D Art would be a plus: hand-drawing, digital painting and illustration
- Very good English skills
- Work closely with clients and establish visual language for internal teams
- Direct Internal teams towards the visual goals
- Manage client’s expectations related to art over the lifecycle of the project
- Provide leadership and act as an advisor to help resolve complex design and technical challenge
- Set up and oversee art creation pipeline
- Work independently on major design initiatives
- Oversee recruitment process
- Proficiency with mobile and social platform, good exposure of integrating art with Unity
- Knowledge of asset management best practices
