- Academic background in Arts or equivalent
- Advance level in Spine. Knowledge of Flash and After Effect would be a plus
- Great understanding about human anatomy, proportion and perspective.
- Experience with Photoshop or Illustrator would be a plus
- Motivated and passionate about video games, good understanding of game development production processes and ability to work with artists and developers
- Ability to accurately estimate time to complete tasks and manage priorities to meet deadlines
- Ability to follow and adapt to different stylistic guidelines

- Able to read and understand emails written in English and reply
- Adaptive in conceptualizing, creating and animating various styles and genres
- A good working knowledge of what it takes to make great animation that works with gameplay timing requirements
- Ability to take feedback and direction well
- An understanding of how animation is created for games, including elements such as blending, overlay, and cycle
- Organized team player with good communication skill, always open to feedback
- Self-motivated, creative and optimistic problem solver, solid time management
- Work well under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Would be appreciated: artistic skills such as story boarding, gesture drawing, 2D animation, composition
